Pentathlon GB are looking for a new Chief Executive Officer and Performance Director to lead the organisation through the next Olympic cycle and beyond.
These roles will be pivotal as our sport moves forward into a new era, with the exciting addition of obstacle course racing for Los Angeles 2028.
Our new CEO will be an inspiring leader, who is able to effectively devise, communicate and implement a strategic vision for the future. They will be passionate about sport, possess commercial acumen and have a demonstrable record of senior-level, executive delivery.
The Performance Director will be responsible for delivering the World Class Performance Programme. This will be a senior leadership role, focused on giving our athletes the best chance of success on the international stage. They will need to set the standard each day through dedication, commitment and energy.
