This competition is a time trial for the British Modern Biathlon Championships (29th & 30th November 2014) and the British Schools’ Modern Biathlon Championships (28th & 29th March 2015). It has automatic qualifying places for the British Schools’ Modern Biathlon Championships only.

Entries for the following classes will open online at 11am on 1st September and will be restricted to 250 athletes.  Entries will close once capacity has been reached or the closing date whichever is the sooner.  The competition entry fee is £10 and athletes need to be fully paid up members of Pentathlon GB. The swim will be in a 4 lane 25m pool and the run on a grass track.

This competition is a time trial for the British Modern Biathlon Championships (29th & 30th November 2014) and the British Schools’ Modern Biathlon Championships (28th & 29th March 2015). Unlike the County Championships and competitions organised by the Pentathlon GB Regions, it has no automatic qualifying places for either of the British Championships.

The run will be on a grass track (400m) 50m from the 25m indoor pool (spectator facilities are tight as there is no balcony).

This competition is a time trial for the British Modern Biathlon Championships (29th & 30th November 2014) and the British Schools’ Modern Biathlon Championships (28th & 29th March 2015). Unlike the County Championships and competitions organised by the Pentathlon GB Regions, it has no automatic qualifying places for either of the British Championships. Registration will open at 09.00 in the Sports Hall, swim in a 25m x 5 lane pool, run on 400m grass track.  Refreshments will be available.

Entries for the following classes will open online at 11am on 1st September and will be restricted to 100 athletes.  Entries will close once capacity has been reached or the closing date whichever is the sooner.  The competition entry fee is £10 and athletes need to be fully paid up members of Pentathlon GB. Registration ill open at 09.00.  The run will start at 10.00 and the swim at 12.00.

Running alongside the biathlon will be a shooting competition - 20 shots at static paper targets for U15, U16 and U17 athletes who wish to gain competition experience before the Modern Biathlon Championships at the end of November – here, athletes choosing to enter the static shoot in addition to the biathlon have the opportunity to be selected for the series of Talent Identification Camps organised by the Pentathlon GB Performance Team.
